Do You Know These Theives Stealing In Broad Ripple?
Here is some security footage of some thieves shop lifting in the store. The one with the short blonde hair is the one who actually stole. Whether her friend was aware of the shoplifting is unknown. A police report has been filed and I am sure they will be back.
