This IS Why You're Fat

Now that spring is slowly approaching......(did I mention it was SLOWLY approaching?) it is time to get back into a presentable form. Otherwise there will be no bikini on this body. And that would just be depressing. SO today I downloaded Jackie Warner's new book This is why You're fat onto my i pad kindle app. So far I have only made it through the first chapter and it is showing clear signs of promise.
